Refund policy

If you wish to return an item please get in contact via email (info@cssporting.com), or on the phone (01633 866566).

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return any unused items in their original unopened packaging for a full refund within 14 days. Some items, such as personalised items / special orders may not be returnable unless faulty so please check before purchasing.

We will only refund delivery costs if the returned item is faulty or was sent by error on our behalf. We cannot refund or exchange used items unless they are faulty or sent to you by our error also.

Please package any return items to a satisfactory standard and clearly display our address-
